The hotel is in a nice location by the water in Lake Charles, offering a great Kids Zone but lacking a coffee and juice bar. Staying on the top floor, away from the noise, was a dream. The room was spotlessly clean, brand new, and had a truly quiet style air conditioning unit. The housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, some might find it inconvenient that there is no air conditioning in that room.

I had a fabulous time at the hotel, enjoying the spacious and sparkly clean rooms complete with wonderful towels and a great rain shower. It was a perfect retreat after a fun night of drinking, eating, and gambling below.
